The Guyana Baseball League (GBL) will be staging a Level 1 Coaching Certification Course at Kildonan, East Berbice on December 5th from 9:30hrs.
The event is being sponsored by JR’s Burgers, Electronics City and E-Networks Inc and follows a successful course held in Georgetown at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) ground on November 14.
At that event, baseball bats were given to all participants while donations were made by the sports charity Pitch in for Baseball. Gloves were donated by Roberto’s Kids, a baseball charitable organization which honors the life and work of the great Dominican player Roberto Clemente by continuing his commitment to social responsibility.
