Trees along Brickdam are still being hacked apart and residents and the city are still to figure out who is responsible.
It was highlighted on Wednesday that trees along Brickdam were being chopped in an unprofessional manner that was dangerous to the public and to the trees’ health but when Stabroek News questioned whether the City was responsible, it was denied.
When Stabroek News visited Brickdam again yesterday, more trees had been hacked apart and their leaves and small branches left next to them.
