About 0845h. today, police say that Henrietta Cadogan, 74 years, of Canvas City, Wismar, was using a pedestrian crossing at One Mile, Wismar, when she was struck down by a motor vehicle. She was taken to the Linden Hospital where she succumbed while receiving medical treatment.
The driver of the motor vehicle has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
