The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Ramroop Rameshwar, 63 years, of Parika Sea Dam, EBE, whose body was found in his home at about 0630h. today.
Ramroop Rameshwar, who lived alone, was found with his feet and hands tied and his mouth gagged, with blood oozing from his mouth and nostrils, the police said.
The body is at the Ezekiel Funeral Home awaiting a post-mortem examination.
