The Ministry of the Presidency today said that General Secretary of the union, NAACIE, Kenneth Joseph was accidentally left off the list of national awardees which was issued on Wednesday.
In an advertisement in today’s Stabroek News, the Ministry said that it was thereby notifying the public that Joseph will be invested with the insignia of the Golden Arrow of Achievement at a ceremony later this year.
