The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be conducting a Community Clean-up tomorrow at Good Hope, East Coast Demerara (ECD).
The clean-up sites are at Good Hope North (Cemetery section); South Good Hope Phases 1, 2 and 3 and should be in full swing at approximately 11:00 am.
A release from the EPA said that this activity has been organised through the Ministry of Natural Resources as part of activities in observance of World Environment Day 2016 and will be done with representatives from the Good Hope Community, Good Hope Sports Club, Women at Work Group and the Lusignan NDC.
The initiative is the third of its kind to be implemented and aims to engage and motivate communities all around the country to engage in similar exercises.
