The police on Sunday conducted a drug eradication operation at Arukamai Backdam, Mabaruma, North West District during which 300 marijuana plants were destroyed.
According to a police press release, one quarter acre field which consisted of 300 marijuana plants was discovered under cultivation and has been destroyed by fire.
The plants ranged between the heights of one to six feet.
No one has been arrested.
