According to the charge read by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, between May 1, 2015 and May 31, 2015 at Georgetown, Primo, with intent to defraud, conspired with a person or persons unknown to obtain money by false pretence.

The defendant, of Lot 80 Joseph Pollydore Street, Lodge, pleaded not guilty to the allegation.

Subsequent to a bail request made by his attorneys George Thomas and Paul Fung-A-Fat and no objection to the request by the prosecution, the defendant was granted bail in the sum of $500,000.

The matter was later adjourned to June 29.

Primo had been charged on June 3, with obtaining $13,750,000 from Karen Persaud for a property at Lot 40 Public Road, Kitty knowing same to be false.

This alleged incident occurred between May 6 and May 27.
