The Aircraft Owners Association of Guyana (AOAG) has been restructured and will function under new By-Laws as a not-for-profit company, a release from the AOAG said on Friday.
It added that the Art Williams and Harry Wendt Aeronautical Engineering School Inc, (AW&HWAES), previously administered by the Association, has been founded with its own Board and Management and will function as a for-profit company.
At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the AOAG, held on 30th June, 2016, the following Board was unanimously elected, the release said:
