Three Lusignan men are now in police custody after they were found in possession of an unlicensed 9mm pistol with 12 matching rounds and 180 grams of what is suspected to be cocaine.
According to a police statement, ranks of the Guyana Police Force, acting on information received conducted a search in a house at Market Street, Lusignan, East Coast Demerara where the illegal weapon and suspected drugs were found.
The bust occurred early yesterday morning.
