The mother of two who was shot by her partner on Saturday last, remains in the hospital and is slowly recuperating.
Shevon Harry 27, of West Ruimveldt was shot in the left side of her neck. She had undergone a surgery to have the bullet removed and Stabroek News understands that her condition is listed as stable. A police source yesterday said they are still searching for the man who shot her, reportedly after an argument between the two escalated.
The police source said while the couple did not live together, the man would frequently visit the home.
After the shooting, the police source said, the assailant fled and neighbours quickly rushed Harry to the hospital after being alerted.
