At about 1515h. yesterday, the police say that miner Akeem Chase, 22 years, of Craig, EBD, was driving a motor vehicle along Second Street, Craig, when four men in another vehicle drove across the road and blocked his path.
Three of the men, who were armed with firearms, exited and held up Chase and took away a large quantity of raw gold and escaped.
Two men have been arrested and are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
