Dear Editor,
I applaud the effort of GWI publishing a notice in last week’s Sunday Stabroek about water conservation, asking persons to limit the washing of cars and yards ‒ and rightly so.
I have noticed that the various carwash places are still working as normal and continue to wash their concrete paths and bridges. Shouldn’t these car washes also be guided by GWI?
