GTT should explain why the internet service is poor

Dear Editor,

I wish to bring to the attention to GTT the very poor and unreliable internet service that they are providing to the thousands of persons who are subscribing to the DSL service (Bronze plan – $5,000.00). Over the past five months we are being  cheated, and are victims of a very weak and slow internet service which GTT claims to be “high speed.”

We are paying for a service every month which we cannot enjoy and be satisfied with. Social chats such as BBM, Skype, Whatsapp and even browsing the internet are a pain to endure. We cannot send/receive messages, pictures/images, videos or even simply have a video chat. Can GTT explain why this is so?

Whenever you call customer service, it can take half  an hour before you can  speak with a customer service representative. All they say after requesting your landline number, is that from their end the internet is working fine.

Please GTT at least provide an explanation and satisfactory solution to the dissatisfied DSL internet users.
