Dear Editor,
There has been another reported case of phone cards being stolen, this time one million dollars’ worth. I would imagine that it would be very simple for the phone companies to trace these phone cards to the users which will lead to the perpetrators. Solving this would be another feather in the cap of the hard-working crime chief.
