No delivery of telephone bills

Dear Editor,

I normally get my phone bill every month. I would present my phone bill and pay what is indicated thereon. For the month of March 2016 I did not receive any phone bill from GTT and I only became aware of this when my phone was cut off. I went to the Church Street office and was told since I was paying in April I should pay for March and April. I did that expecting to receive my April bill. I did not receive my April bill and up to now no bill has been received.

I checked the 2014 telephone directory to talk to someone on the subject but I found no number I could call.

Could someone at GTT tell me who I can talk to concerning the monthly receipt of my telephone bills? My telephone no is 220-2512.

I am waiting to receive a response from GTT on the above problem.
