The home side was then presented with a great chance to level the score in the 36th minute through a penalty kick but Romario Welcome’s powerful right foot shot was parried away by the diving custodian at full stretch to his right.

Trayon Bobb sealed the eventual result in the 44th minute as a left side shot from inside the box went comically through the legs of the goalkeeper.

The score became 2-0 in the 35th minute as Shaquille Agard netted, skipping past his marker before racing into the left side of the box and placing a left footed shot into the centre of the net.

GDF eventually pulled one back in the 69th minute through Delwyn Fraser who finished past the advancing ‘keeper in a one-on-one situation.

Conquerors are on seven points from three games while the GDF remain on three points from as many matches.
