Paradise Invaders stay unbeaten with 3-0 defeat of Hopetown United

Paradise Invaders climbed to the top of the Berbice Football Association (BFA) ‘West Berbice League’, dismantling Hopetown United 3-0 Sunday at the Rosignol Community Centre ground.

Keyron McKenzie opened the scoring for Invaders with a 10th minute strike before Javel Fraser increased the advantage finding the back of the net four minutes later. The result was then completed in the 68th minute as Erich Callender etched his name on the scorer’s sheet.

Paradise remains unbeaten and move to seven points from three fixtures while Hopetown remain in the cellar position without a point. Action in the event continues on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, Paradise Invaders will tackle Rosignol at the Mahaicony ground from 16:00hrs while on Sunday, Mahaicony United will lock horns with Hopetown United at the Rosignol Community ground from 16:00hrs.
