Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF) President Nigel Hinds and President of the Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) Glyne Clarke yesterday penned the agreement confirming Guyana as hosts for the CBC u16 male and female championships from July 4th-16th.

This follows a commitment by the Government of Guyana to pump some $20m into the staging of the championships here.
