St Stanislaus eke out two point win over St Joseph’s High

A Travis Belgrave double-double propelled St. Stanislaus College to a 39-37 win over St. Joseph’s High School Saturday in an U19 affair of the National Schools Basketball Festival (NSBF), Georgetown and East Coast Regionals.

Played at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, Belgrave recorded 28 points and 11 rebounds as his side earned three points. For St. Joseph’s, Lemuel Grant scored nine points while Abevia Perry scored eight points and grabbed five rebounds.

Similarly, Georgetown Technical Institute (GTI) edged Marian Academy 45-40. Nathan Saul scored 17 points and Keon Marks eight points and six rebounds.
