(The Sports Xchange) Stephen Curry hit seven three pointers on his way to 33 points as Golden State coasted to a win over Denver.
Curry finished with seven assists and five rebounds in just 30 minutes. Klay Thompson scored 19 points and Kevin Durant had 16 for the Warriors.
Rookie Jamal Murray had 14 points to lead the Nuggets.
Bulls 98, Heat 95
Dwyane Wade, playing his first game as a visitor in Miami, was held to 13 points but made two free throws with 13 seconds left as his Chicago Bulls prevailed in a 98-95 win over the Heat.
Jimmy Butler had 20 points and Robin Lopez and Rajon Rondo added 16 points each as the Bulls held off the Heat.
Hassan Whiteside led Miami with 20 points and 20 rebounds. It was his sixth double-double in seven games this season.
Heat point guard Goran Dragic injured his left ankle in the third quarter when he came down on the foot of Chicago forward Doug McDermott.
Dragic did not return and finished with six points and four assists in 22 minutes.
Wade had played his entire pro career with the Heat and won three titles before leaving as a free agent in July.
Pelicans 112, Bucks 106
Anthony Davis scored 30 points as the New Orleans Pelicans won for the first time this season with a 112-106 victory over the Bucks.
Davis hit 12 of 25 shots and went 8-for-8 from the free throw line while also grabbing eight rebounds. He scored 12 of his points in the fourth quarter.
The Pelicans dropped their first eight games.
Milwaukee got 33 points from Jabari Parker and 17 from Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Lakers 101, Kings 91
Nick Young, D’Angelo Russell and Lou Williams combined to blow away the Sacramento Kings in the second half as Los Angeles added another feather to their impressive start.
Young scored 13 of his 16 points after halftime, while Russell and Williams combined for 20 in the final 24 minutes, as the Lakers overcame a 19-point deficit.
Los Angeles (5-4), coming off the worst three seasons in franchise history and not expected to make a huge leap under first-year coach Luke Walton, methodically took apart Sacramento to win for the fourth time in five games.
