Rodrigues freed again of Crum-Ewing murder charge

Some two months after the Director of Public Prosecutions ordered the reopening of the Preliminary Inquiry into the murder of Courtney Crum-Ewing, murder accused Regan Rodrigues, aka ‘Grey Boy’ was today freed of the charge for the second time, after the prosecution failed to prove its case.

The murder charge against Rodrigues was again discharged by Magistrate Judy Latchman. Crum-Ewing was shot dead on March 10, 2015, in Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara. Rodrigues was initially charged with his murder in August 2016.
