GTT opens new customer experience store

The Guyana Telephone Telegraph company (GTT) on Saturday morning officially opened another customer experience store at the corner of Camp and Robb streets.

The new location with its locally manufactured furniture and fixtures, houses the latest models of cell phones and a customer friendly service station. Customers can purchase any of the GTT services at the location and also make payments for their landline and DSL bills.

GTT Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Justin Nedd, in brief remarks, said as the company offers prices that are better than the competition, customers can expect more surprises in the coming months.

The opening of the store, which is the fourth such that the company has commissioned in recent months, according to Nedd, is another fulfilment of its promise to “do more” for its customers.

During Saturday’s opening activities, customers who purchased any smartphone between 10.30 am and 11.30 am were given another free smartphone. Those who purchased before or after the “happy hour” were rewarded with one month’s free data and a gift.

The store opens on weekdays from 8 am to and 6 pm and from 8 am to 3 pm on Saturdays.
