A member of the Guyana Police Force was yesterday brought before a city court to face a charge that he sexually assaulted two women in Lethem.
Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan read the charge during an in-camera hearing to Osbert Paul, who allegedly attempted to assault the women three weeks ago.
Paul was granted his release on $100,000 bail, pending the outcome of the preliminary inquiry into the charge.
