A book of condolence for the National Library’s former Chairman, Carmen Jarvis, has been opened in the lobby of the Central Library.
According to a press release from the National Library, the book was opened yesterday, and will be open until Thursday, April 13, from 09:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs.
