Property Holdings Incorporated (PHI) has advertised the former Guyana Stores Limited Shopping Centre in Festival City for sale or lease.
An advertisement in Saturday’s Stabroek News said that the size of the land is 7,288 square feet. The property is located at Lots 1864 – 1865 Blue Mountain and Willemstad Roads, Festival City, North Ruimveldt. Interested persons have to register with PHI and visits to the location can be arranged by phoning 2250317-9.
Bids have to be submitted no later than August 3rd at 2 pm to PHI at Lot 126 Barrack Street, Kingston.
PHI was established to oversee the various properties of the divested Guyana Stores Limited.
