On Friday, September 01, 2017, Stoby who owns and operates motor car HC 2999 was stopped at Fifth Avenue, Bartica during a routine stop-and-search operation.

The slurred speech and the strong smell of alcohol on the driver’s breath, caused an officer to administer a breathalyzer test which confirmed their suspicion; he had .122 micrograms of alcohol. The legal limit is .035 micrograms.
