The charge stated that on October 29, at North Road, Lacytown, Edwards stole two Lorex HD security cameras, which were the property of Elvis Glendon Parkinson.

Edwards, a labourer, of East La Penitence, denied the charge.

Police Prosecutor Arvin Moore made no objection to bail being granted, but requested that the accused be required to report every Friday at 9 am to the officer-in-charge at the East La Penitence Police Station.

Subsequently, Chief Magistrate McLennan granted the accused his release on $20,000 bail along with the condition requested by the prosecutor.

The matter was then adjourned until November 8, when it will be heard by Magistrate Judy Latchman.
