Million-dollar bids for the sea defence at De Willem on the West Coast of Demerara and for the construction of an Immigration office in Linden, Region 10 were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board.
Upon taking office in 2015, the government had announced that passport and birth certificate licensing offices would be established in Berbice, Essequibo and Linden.
