A man died on Tuesday afternoon after being involved in an accident at Mountain Foot, Region Eight.
Stabroek News understands that Robert Aaron was on his way home to Mountain Foot, a satellite village of Paramakatoi on an all-terrain vehicle driven by his grandson when tragedy struck.
Reports are that the ATV toppled before landing on Aaron.
Ovid Williams, the dead man’s son-in-law told Stabroek News that due to the severity of his father-in-law’s injuries the medical personnel, especially the Regional Health officer were notified in hopes of them arranging a medivac. This did not occur.
Aaron passed away on Tuesday at 2.26 am.
