A US-based company, Commercial Energy Specialist yesterday submitted a US$1M bid to supply Calcium Hypochlorite, a bleach powder used in the water treatment process, to the Guyana Water Incorporated.
The bids were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).
