Please let me add my two cents to the growing criticism of GTT’s telephone and internet service.
My home internet service has been inoperative since late July (28th July to be exact). Several reports were made, the first of which was given Reference Number 1944087.
Promises were made on many occasions for technicians to visit with the intention of rectifying the problem, but to date no one has done so. I am hoping that this letter reaches those responsible for ensuring that customers are treated with more respect since we are the ones paying their salaries.
