Matter has been resolved

Dear Editor,

Thank you for affording us the opportunity to respond to Mr. Sylvester’s letter (‘Customer service left much to be desired’ SN, Dec 20). We have contacted Mr Sylvester and have apologised and resolved the matter.

Digicel would like to apologise to Mr Sylvester for his experience once again and thank him for choosing Digicel as his service provider. We will ensure his future experiences are more enjoyable.
