Miss Universe Guyana 2017: Rafieya Husain on Saturday night won the Miss Universe Guyana crown after triumphing over eleven other delegates in the local leg of the pageant which was held at York College in Queens, New York. The 25-year-old was crowned by the reigning Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere. Husain was the 2016 1st runner up in the local Miss Universe Guyana Pageant.
