Youth development, schools’ involvement high on new GABA executive agenda -Hooper

Newly elected president of the Georgetown Amateur Basketball Association (GABA) Adrian Hooper, officially unveiled his executive body yesterday at a simple ceremony held at the Starr Computers Boardroom.

His executive committee now comprises of first vice-president Jonathan DeGroot, second vice-president Kester Gomes, Public Relations Officer Rawle Toney, assistant secretary/treasurer Sariah Clarke, Secretary Nadine Luthers-Williams and Treasurer Natasha Narine.

Hooper during a brief comment said, “The plan is basically to get basketball more active, we don’t want long breaks.
