The Guyana Amazon Warriors will take on top of the table Trinbago Knightriders in a must-win encounter today, in front of an anticipated capacity crowd, following their crushing loss to the Jamaica Tallawahs on Thursday night at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence.

Warriors will have a second opportunity at home to set the record straight and skipper Martin Guptill believes that his guys are professional enough to do just that in stringing a few wins together.

“I can say every win is a must win, if you really look at it. Winning is a habit and it gives you momentum so if we can get into the winning habit starting from tomorrow [today], we are not out of this tournament yet, so if we start getting on that momentum with a win then hopefully we can go all the way,” the Warriors skipper said boldly.
