New Amsterdam (NA) United and Paradise Invaders battled to a 1-1 stalemate when the Berbice leg in the National Milling Company (NAMILCO) U17 Football League continued on Sunday.
Played at the Burnham Park ground, second placed Paradise Invaders took the lead in the fourth minute through a Shaqueel DeHarte conversion.
However, the third positioned NA United secured a share of the spoils as Shaquan Durant found the back of the net in the 59th minute. The event will resume today at the same venue with Hopetown Rangers opposing Cougars FC from 16:00hrs.
