Charities to benefit from Scotiabank Golf Classic

Winners of the Scotiabank Annual Golf Classic 2017 scheduled for tomorrow at the Lusignan Golf Club, will have $250,000 to donate to charities of their choice.

The charity donations are part of the $1.2 million sponsorship package which includes golf bags and other equipment. There will also be handouts for every participant of balls, gloves, hats, umbrellas, flasks and other rewards.

The tournament tees off at 12: 30pm and the format will be medal play. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the first three places, the best net score, the best gross score, nearest to the pin, longest putter and the most honest golfer.

The registration fee for the event is $3,000 and includes a meal and a round of drinks.
