Cox gunning to repeat in today’s S/American 10k

The numbers are in.

Sixty-three of the Caribbean’s best road runners will compete in the second leg of the South American 10k Classic today on the streets of Georgetown.

According to president of the Athletic Association of Guyana, Aubrey Hutson, defending champion, Curtis Cox of Trinidad will be gunning for a repeat while athletes from Grenada, St. Vincent and Suriname will be looking forward to receiving the winner’s spoils.
