Theron Mohabeer defeated Regan Pollard in the Open Division, while Taylor Fernandes, Daniel Islam and Alex Cheeks secured contrasting divisional wins, when the Lucozade Handicap Squash Tournament continued on Thursday.

Staged at the Georgetown Club Facility, Camp Street, Mohabeer (+8) downed Pollard (-12) 15 – 1, 15 – 12. Meanwhile, Islam (-5) overcame Ryan Rahaman (+7) 15 – 10, 8 – 15, 15 – 12, while Fernandes (0) bested Adam Alves (+5) 11 – 15, 15 – 12, 15 – 11.

Also, Cheeks (-2) defeated Tian Edwards (+12) 15 – 12, 15 – 13. On the other hand, category-A champion, Abosaide Cadogan (0) brushed aside Zachary Persaud (+7) 15 – 13, 15 – 9.

Continuing in the same division, Kirsten Gomes (0) crushed Paige Fernandes (+8) 15 – 13, 15 – 13 and Gianni Carpenter (-8) dismissed Jahcinta Adams (+10) 15 – 10, 15 – 12.
