Last Sunday evening SAS (Shan Anthony Seecharran) designs brought pomp and splendour as promised when it launched the third collection ‘Golden Treasure’ attracting cheers and applause, for some ultra-sexy swimsuits and some show-stopping gowns, from the audience at the Millennium Manor Hotel.
The event was emceed by Miss World Guyana semi-finalist Nitifah Thompson along with dancer and aspiring doctor of Congo, James Lamonga who kept the audience entertained during intervals.
The show wasn’t as packed as expected owing to the heavy downpour throughout the day but that in no way affected the evening’s proceedings and was attended by some of Guyana’s most prestigious people in the fashion industry, including semi-finalists of the Miss World Guyana pageant,
