A 17-year-old was yesterday remanded to prison for the alleged possession of a narcotic.
It is alleged that Shaquan Allen on January 16th at South Ruimveldt had in his possession 16 grammes of amphetamines, for the purpose of trafficking.
Allen, a resident of Linden pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Magistrate Fabayo Azore remanded Lewis to prison and adjourned the matter to February 7th.
