Dispute lands driver, homeowner on wounding, property damage charges

A conflict between a motorist and a homeowner landed them both in a city court on Thursday, on separate charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm and causing damage to property.

Andrew Cush was brought before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman, who read a charge which stated that on January 23rd, 2018, at Charlotte Street, he unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon Shabeki Chase.

The accused denied the charge and he was later granted $200,000 bail.
