RUBIS and GPL call for corporate investment in education

RUBIS Guyana Inc and the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) have highlighted the importance of corporate companies supporting the Biennial Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) Fair programme being undertaken by the Ministry of Education.

According to a release from Region Four, they are urging other corporate entities to invest in education.

RUBIS Retail Accounts Executive, Rhonda Johnson said that her company sees investment in education as investment in the country’s future leaders. She said that it is because of this principle that they are supporting the Regional Democratic Council of Region Four’s Education Department’s STEAM fair in a significant way.
