Floyd McDonald

The advertisement is in the name of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Legal Affairs and Attorney General’s Chambers.

Attempts to contact AG Basil Williams SC for comment were unsuccessful. This newspaper could also find no record of this case.

Several law enforcement officials raised concerns over the advertisement and questioned whether enough effort was made to contact those listed. McDonald was singled out as one person who ought to be easy to contact given that he is the Chairman of the New Building Society (NBS), a financial institution located in the heart of the city. McDonald was unavailable for comment today.
