The Police say they are investigating the murder of Victor Roberts, 38, self-employed of 41 Prince William Street, Plaisance, ECD which occurred at about 12:40h today at the said address, allegedly by his reputed wife who has since been detained.
Investigations revealed that the couple had an altercation and the suspect allegedly stabbed him in the left side of his chest with a knife.
He was rushed to the GPHC and pronounced dead on arrival; the body is at the hospital’s mortuary awaiting a post-mortem examination.
