Dear Editor,
Several years ago, you kindly printed my letter requesting a refund of my income tax payments. Regrettably, nothing was done.
In July, last year, Mr Statia personally reassured me that my refund would be processed , very soon. Well, he must have snails working in the Refund Section because after seven months, nothing has been done.
