Dear Editor,
I thank Alfred Bhulai (SN, February 22) and Frederick Collins (SN, February 24) for patiently explaining how in the face of great evil and hideous suffering God can be both all-powerful and ever-loving.
Another friend wrote me that the simplest answer to the conundrum is that God does not exist!
Somehow I don’t think the debate is going to end any time soon.
