Dear Editor,
The Republic Bank at the Diamond branch does not have replacement ATM cards at present. This means the unfortunate customer will have to lose precious time between 8am and 2pm to get a bit of cash which could have been done at any other time of his convenience.
The clerk could not say when those cards would be available at the bank. She was also doubtful whether the cards could be obtained at other branches.
Could the relevant authority of Republic Bank enlighten the public about this matter?
