Dear Editor,
The well-presented course of action presented by the Chartered Engineer, Charles Sohan (SN March 8) available to the owner of the North Road business property over alleged damage by ongoing construction work of an adjacent property, is also the same course of action available to property owners in Kingston over the same alleged grievance.
I hope the Kingston residents have taken note.
